ICIST (Istanbul Center for International Students) mobile application of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, provides great convenience for international students who are studying in Istanbul and gives them guidance and counselling services in different fields they need. When you download this app with Turkish and English language support: You can use To Do List to follow the procedures to be completed before arriving Turkey, procedures for visa, university registration and residence permit.
